By accessing or using the GraminMart Super App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access our services.

2. GraminMart Services

GraminMart provides a suite of digital services designed for rural India, including but not limited to Ecommerce, Krishi Bazaar (Agritech), Telemedicine, EduGram (Education), Financial Services, Job Portals, and GraminChaupal.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• In GraminChaupal, you agree to engage respectfully with the community.

4. Transactions and Escrow

Transactions conducted through GraminMart (such as Krishi Bazaar sales or E-commerce purchases) may utilize escrow mechanisms to ensure fair trade. Funds are released only upon successful verification of product delivery or service completion.

5. Modifications to Service

GraminMart reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
